The End: Happy Campers

Rob and I enjoying the dry creek bed of Rancheria Creek - we had this popular backcountry campsite entirely to ourselves. We didn't even have any bears visit us, unlike when I camped here 18 years ago. This area was known for gangs of marauding bears - park personnel attempted to relocate all the "bad" bears from Yosemite Valley here (that plan never worked very well - bears would risk their lives crossing highways to return to the valley)
