From September 7 - 11 (that's 4 and a half days), we did a 52-mile loop trip from the reservoir in Hetch Hetchy Valley in Yosemite National Park.

We saw 2 bears, 13 piles of bear scat and zero people for our last 3 days.

It began as a trip to see the beautiful Jack Main Canyon and turned into an unusual and enlightening trip into the dried-up watersheds that provide water for millions of people in the San Francisco Bay Area.
