Foster's Bighorn, Rio Vista

There was a limited choice of restaurants in the Delta region and this is one of them. As one of our guidebooks aptly wrote "here is a place guaranteed to leave you shaking your head, either in admiration or disgust." Foster's Bighorn houses one of the world's largest private collections of animal trophies, all shot by famed big-game hunter Bill Foster. While we stopped to see the roadside attraction, we did not eat here.
